Engineered for precision and efficiency, the LEMAS 4-TR 160/5 is designed to handle demanding plate rolling applications with ease. Its direct-drive design eliminates belts and chains, reducing maintenance and improving performance. The machine also features spherical roller bearings on all rolls, hydraulically powered bending rolls for quick setup, and power-tilting side rolls for seamless cone bending.

Operators benefit from the integrated cone-bending attachment, a mobile control panel with digital readouts, and a hydraulically operated drop-end for easy part removal. With forward/reverse controls allowing walk-around operation, hardened rolls for long life, and industry-leading Sumitomo Cyclo® gearless speed reducers, the 4-TR 160/5 is built for serious productivity.
