At the core of both models is a user-friendly 7” touchscreen interface powered by Nargesa’s Industry 4.0 technology. Operators can store up to 10,000 programs and sequence up to 50 bends per part. The system automatically calculates springback compensation, optimal rotation speeds, and die recommendations, streamlining the setup process and reducing production time.The CC60CNC handles up to 2" Schedule 40 pipe (60.3 mm OD), while the CC90CNC accommodates up to 3" Schedule 40 pipe (88.9 mm OD). Both models feature quick-change dies (under 60 seconds), dual-direction bending, and a pivoting system with automatic unlocking for efficient material removal. Tempered steel dies and bronze alloy counter-dies ensure longevity and minimize marking on finished parts.
Additional features include a reinforcement tool post support for larger diameters, safety foot pedals, and side shelving for tool storage. The machines are CE-certified and come with a 3-year warranty, underscoring their commitment to quality and durability.
